Changes that should be made!

we should be offer international food
                                                                    fresh vegetables!
                                                                       fresh fruits!

                                                             provided wih a salad bar!!
more fresh and variaties of choices!
This is an actual kitchen from Wayland High school. So why cant we have the same privalage!?

We are trying to make a difference and add a salad bar to our school. A salad bar is a self-serve station where students can select from variaties of fruits to make a reimbursable meal because they also provide meat or meat alternates, breads, grains and milk. With a salad bar you can have either an entrée salad bars or theme bars. Theme salad bars include potato bars, soup and salad bars, salad and sandwich bars, and potato and salad bars. Three categories of salad bars comprise part of reimbursable meals: side salad bars, self-serve fruit bars, and assorted self-serve raw vegetables. But what if we can’t get the salad bar? Well, some schools offer off-campus during lunch. This is both a good and a bad choice made by the principles. The pros off this decision are that students get their own choice of the food they want to eat. They also get the choice to go home and eat a freshly home cooked meal. However, many students prefer to eat fast food since their parents are working. Another way to help the student body is by providing a menu of the week’s lunch with nutrition data. That way if a student does not like the meal offered they may bring lunch from home. The students learn the amount of calories or sugar is being offered. We can also raise money to buy a stove to install in our school kitchen since the school kitchen does not have a stove. We can also try to change the menu a little and propose to have an international lunch. Since, we are an international school we think we should be offered an international school lunch. For example, one week or month we should be offered Chinese food such as: wonton miso soup, spinach and Chinese cabbage in almond paste, soybeans, rice, and milk. Bottom line is, if no changes are made to the school cafeteria lunch that is provided to us every day, our health will be in danger!
